2️⃣ Design creation (usually 1-3 days)

・It will take about 2-3 days for us to send you the sample images.
-Cutting and layout will be left to our discretion.
-The color may vary slightly depending on your environment.

[Important matters]

■ Damage guarantee: Within 3 days of arrival → Free re-production / Within 2 weeks → Half price re-production

■ Please prepare high-resolution photos (grainy images will result in grainy images)

■ If you do not want to post on social media, please select the option.

■ Returns and exchanges are not possible except for defective products.

■ We cannot accept creation of images that involve copyright or portrait rights.

■ Since this is an original product, delivery dates may vary slightly.

■ We take great care when inspecting acrylic stands,
Due to the characteristics of the material, fingerprints may occasionally be left on the surface.
If you are concerned, please gently wipe it off with a soft cloth.

Please note that minor stains that can be wiped off, such as fingerprints, are not eligible for replacement .
Only if there are scratches or stains that cannot be removed by wiping,
We will remake it for you .
