■ Damage guarantee: Within 3 days of arrival → Free re-production / Within 2 weeks → Half price re-production ■ Please prepare a high-resolution photo (grainy images will result in a grainy finish)
■ If you do not want to post on social media, please select this option. ■ Returns and exchanges are not accepted except for defective products. ■ We cannot accept creations using images that involve copyright or portrait rights.

Precautions for use

• Before use, be sure to check the included instruction manual.
• Please avoid putting the bottle itself (printed part) in the dishwasher or dish dryer as this may cause peeling.
• Before use, thoroughly wash the surface and inside of the bottle with a mild detergent.
• After use, clean with a sponge and neutral detergent, then wipe off any excess water and dry.
  Do not use abrasive sponges, scrubbing pads, polishing powders or cleansers as they may cause scratches.
• When bleaching the inside, please avoid using chlorine bleach.
  Please be careful not to get bleach on the exterior as this may cause the paint to peel.
• Do not soak or boil to disinfect.
• Do not put dry ice, carbonated drinks, soups containing salt, heated sports drinks, fruit pulp, or tea leaves in the bag.
• When pouring hot drinks, handle with care and wait until the temperature has cooled down to a drinkable level before closing the lid.
• Do not use in microwaves, ovens or freezers.
• Do not place near fire or in a high temperature area.
• Do not use for any purpose other than its intended use.
• Keep out of reach of small children.
• When you shake the product, it may make a rattling noise.
  This is the sound of the metal foil inside the double vacuum structure (vacuum layer) rubbing against each other, and is not abnormal.
• Please note that any defects in the product after processing (poor insulation, paint peeling, and other defects) are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• There may be a distinctive ink smell immediately after delivery, but this will decrease over time.
