■ Damage guarantee: Within 3 days of arrival → Free re-production / Within 2 weeks → Half price re-production ■ Please prepare a high-resolution photo (grainy images will result in a grainy finish)
■ If you do not want to post on social media, please select this option. ■ Returns and exchanges are not accepted except for defective products. ■ We cannot accept creations using images that involve copyright or portrait rights.
■ Since this is an original product, delivery dates may vary slightly.

【 📌Handling Precautions】

- Before use, wash the main body and lid thoroughly with a neutral detergent.
- Use oxygen bleach to bleach the inside of the main unit.
Do not use chlorine bleach, as it may cause the paint to peel if it gets on the exterior.
After use, wash with a mild detergent and a soft sponge, then wipe off any excess water and dry.
*Using scrubbing brushes or sponges containing abrasives may cause scratches or rust.
- Do not soak or boil.
・When pouring hot drinks, be careful not to get burned. Allow the drink to cool to a drinkable temperature before closing the lid.
- When carrying the container, please make sure that the lid is tightly closed and we recommend using it upright (to prevent leakage).
・Do not put the following drinks in the bag:
Carbonated drinks, dry ice, soups containing salt (such as miso soup), alcoholic drinks, milk and other dairy drinks, drinks containing fruit juice, fruit pulp, or tea leaves
・Microwaves, ovens and freezers cannot be used.
- Avoid using a dishwasher.
- Dropping or strong impact may cause damage.
- Do not store near fire or in a high temperature location.
- Do not use for any purpose other than its intended use.
